Questions For Everbliss
How does Everbliss work?
There are just a few steps to the Everbliss process:
- Fill out a quick questionnaire and complete your profile.
- We’ll schedule a phone call between you and a practitioner, and confirm the time and date of the call with you.
- You’ll connect with a licensed medical practitioner, as well as a pharmacist from our team over the phone.
- Your medication is shipped to you in discreet packaging just a few days later.
Is the practitioner call free?

Your consultation will be completed by a licensed Canadian medical practitioner and your pharmacy counselling by a registered Canadian pharmacist. We are in compliance with the law to the fullest extent with respect to security and privacy.
We encourage you to do your due diligence and verify our credentials.
Is my personal information safe with you?
Yes. We built Everbliss using the world's best security protocols. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as well as the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) of BC.
It is our duty to protect your data and we never share your personal information outside of our system. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
In which provinces or territories is your service available?
Our service is available in most provinces and territories across Canada. The complete list of provinces and territories where our service is available is as follows:
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec.
Do I need to have a prescription?
No, you don’t need to have a prescription before you start the process with Everbliss. Part of what we do is to connect you with a practitioner to decide if a prescription is appropriate for you. If you’re prescribed medication, we are then authorized to fill your prescription and ship it to you.
However, if you already have an active prescription with another pharmacy just let us know and we can transfer it to our pharmacy. You may not need to schedule a call with a practitioner through us if this is the case.
I already have a prescription from my practitioner, do I have to speak with the practitioner again?
Not necessarily. If you already have an active prescription with another pharmacy, just let us know and we will transfer it to our pharmacy. Your family practitioner can also fax your prescription to our pharmacy fax number directly (604-291-0827).
Otherwise, we will connect you with a practitioner over the phone as soon as possible, and at no charge to you.
Why do I need to provide two pictures of myself?
Since all conversations between you, the practitioner, and the pharmacist occur over the phone or online. As your healthcare provider, Everbliss is legally required to verify your identity.
We do this by asking for 2 images which we then compare for verification. One image is of your face (a selfie or headshot), and the other is the image found on any government-issued ID card that shows both your image and date of birth.
What am I actually paying for? Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. You only pay for the cost of the medication IF you are prescribed any, plus a pharmacy dispensing fee of $11. Standard shipping (via Xpresspost) is also free.
We do not charge for practitioner consult, handling fees or taxes for prescription medications.
How can I pay?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Visa Debit
- Mastercard Debit
- E-transfers
- Paypal
Does my insurance cover the medication?
It might. Coverage varies by insurance plan. We provide you with an official pharmacy receipt inside your shipment, which you can then submit as an insurance claim and seek reimbursement.
How long does it take to ship?
We will ship your order within 2 days after your practitioner call. Our free shipping method is Xpresspost with Canada Post, which takes approximately 3-5 business days. We also offer FedEx Overnight (for an additional charge) if you need the medication earlier.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once Canada Post or FedEx picks up your package from our office, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with a link that includes your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder as for sometimes it gets sent there by mistake.
Is the packaging discreet?
All Everbliss products ship in discreet and unbranded wrappers. They are double-sealed and most of them are small packages that fit into your mailbox with nothing on the package to indicate it’s coming from a pharmacy.
Can I pick up my medication?
Yes. You are more than welcome to pick up from our Burnaby, BC location. Please let us know you would like to pick up your package in person and we will provide you with the best time to come by.
